The Italian luxury car manufacturer tried to combine the demand for emission reduction with its reputation based on the advantages of its traditional internal combustion engine. The company announced its plan, in order to achieve carbon neutrality by the end of this decade, 40% of cars will be completely driven by batteries, another 40% will be driven by hybrid power, and only 20% will be driven by internal combustion engines. In addition, Ferrari announced that it will launch its first SUV-like model in September this year, and confirmed that it plans to release its first all-electric vehicle in 2025. At present, Ferrari has sold four hybrid electric vehicles. Of the Ferrari sports cars sold by the company last year, 80% were internal combustion engines and the rest were hybrid cars.
