First,the sensory identification method:
Such as parts of cracks,breaks,bending,twisting,corrosion,fatigue,etc.,can be visually identified;parts are tightly connected,the part itself is a crack,etc.,can be tapped with a small hammer,with the voice of the voicing Audition of the ear;Some parts of the cracks can be smeared with white powder after oil immersion,and then tapped with a small hammer to identify whether the oil ooze out;You can also shake the matching parts by hand,initially identified with the size of the gap.
Second,measuring tool identification method:
Various measuring tools are used to check the fit size,clearance,surface shape and position deviation of parts,which is a more accurate identification method.Commonly used measuring tools include rulers,strip rulers,calipers,gauges,vernier calipers,percent rulers,and dial gauges.
