Agricultural machinery parts cleaning method

Different cleaning methods should be adopted for agricultural machinery parts with different materials and different precision.

First,remove oil
1.Degreasing with alkaline solution.For removal of animal and vegetable fats and mineral oils on the surface of steel parts,a small amount of emulsifier can be added to the alkaline solution and cleaned after warming.If pressure injection is used,the degreasing effect is better.After cleaning,spray with heated clean water to rinse off the alkali solution remaining on the surface of the part.

2.Degreasing with organic solvents.In order to prevent the strong corrosion of alkaline solutions to precision parts(such as high-pressure pumps,fuel injectors,etc.),organic solvents such as gasoline,kerosene,diesel oil,and alcohol are generally used.Such parts are cleaned,and heating is generally not required.

3.Degreasing with aluminum alloy cleaning fluid.Since the alkali solution has a strong corrosion effect on the aluminum alloy and the organic solvent is expensive,when an aluminum alloy part is required to be repaired,the aluminum alloy cleaning solution can be configured to be cleaned.Usually use sodium silicate or sodium carbonate solution plus a small amount of potassium dichromate to prepare,heating to 60~70°C for optimal cleaning results.
